Pledge to Act and Support More Inclusive Workplaces

Join your fellow staffing industry executives in committing to support more inclusive workplaces by signing the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion Pledge today.


The CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion is the largest c-level-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. It was launched in June 2017 and is led by a steering committee of chief executive officers and other company leaders from Accenture, BCG, Deloitte US, The Executive Leadership Council, EY, General Atlantic, KPMG, New York Life, P&G and PwC.

More than 800 c-level executives have signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge to date.

By signing the pledge, c-level executives commit to a specific set of actions that their companies will take to cultivate trusting work environments where all ideas are welcomed and employees feel comfortable and empowered to discuss diversity and inclusion.

ASA encourages executives of its member companies to publicly state their organization’s commitment to these ideals by signing the CEO Action pledge.
