Ready to take your workplace culture to the next level? Join the ASA inclusion, diversity, and equity advocacy (IDEA) group for an inspiring and interactive networking session designed to spark real change. This interactive session kicks off the three-part “Inclusion in Action” series of networking calls created by the ASA IDEA Group council and focused on culture, talent, and equity in the staffing industry.

Discover fresh, actionable strategies to create a more inclusive, engaging, and empowering environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Whether you’re just getting started with your firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program or looking to deepen your impact, this session will energize your efforts and connect you with a community committed to making a difference.

Facilitators will blend their expert insights with peer-to-peer exchange, offering a collaborative space to troubleshoot challenges and share ideas that translate into action.

Participants will be able to

  • Recognize the everyday actions that contribute to a more inclusive and empowering workplace culture
  • Reflect on their role in fostering belonging, regardless of title or function
  • Exchange ideas and experiences with peers to inform future inclusion efforts within their organization
