The American Staffing Association board of directors confirmed two officers at its most recent meeting in mid-January. Joyce Russell, president of the Adecco Group US Foundation, is first vice chairman. Joanie Bily Courtney, president of RemX (a division of EmployBridge Holding Co.), is secretary.
