ASA’s Haley Jones Recognized as Influencer for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives in Staffing

The American Staffing Association announced today that member engagement director Haley Jones, CAE, has been named to the Staffing Industry Analysts list of top diversity, equity, and inclusion influencers in U.S. and Canadian staffing.

Jones has played an integral role in the development and management of ASA’s growing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. In addition to serving as the staff liaison to the association’s inclusion, diversity, and equity advocacy (IDEA) group council, Jones also leads the association’s partnerships with organizations such as the National Urban League and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy. She also oversees ASA engagement programs, including six industry sections, owners peer groups, the affiliated chapter program, the Mentor Match program, and various member interest groups.

The honor is the latest accomplishment for Jones, who was also named to Association Forum’s 40 Under 40 list in 2021 and is an ASAE Diversity Executive Leadership Program scholar.

“Haley’s dedication to promoting diversity and empowering underrepresented voices within our membership has been instrumental in driving positive change in the staffing industry,” said Richard Wahlquist, president and chief executive officer at the American Staffing Association. “Haley’s passionate contributions to growing and nurturing a culture of inclusivity in staffing is inspirational, and her efforts have made a profound impact on our members and the broader staffing community.”
