The American Staffing Association announced today that Staffmark Group’s chief executive officer, Stacey Lane, is the newest member of the ASA board of directors.

A seasoned executive in the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry, Lane brings a proven track record of success and innovation to her role on the board.

Under her leadership, Staffmark Group has been recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Inclusion & Diversity by Newsweek and America’s Best Employers for Women by Forbes, and as a Military Friendly employer.

“Stacey’s talent for cultivating cultures of inclusion and data-driven growth is well-known in the staffing industry,” said Richard Wahlquist, chief executive officer at ASA. “Her commitment to enriching the lives of the millions of people our industry places and employs along with her track record of advancing innovation makes her a fantastic addition to the board of directors.”

“Stacey’s ability to foster high-performing teams and drive achievement makes her a tremendous asset,” said Janette Marx, chief executive officer at Airswift and chair of the ASA board of directors. “We look forward to the insight, energy, and thought leadership she will bring to the board.”

In 2023, Lane earned a Silver Globee Award for Women in Business and in 2024 was recognized as a Veteran Champions of the Year recipient by Military Friendly.

“I’m honored to join the board of directors and excited to contribute to an organization whose mission so strongly reflects my own values,” said Lane. “I look forward to collaborating with the board to help drive meaningful impact.”
