Overview

Highlights

Talent engagement and retention is now more important than ever. Many recruiters fail to realize the importance of keeping your talent engaged throughout the entire recruitment process. Recruiters need to become career partners with each and every professional-managerial candidate they work with.

The relationship with candidates and talent needs to be a focal point in your recruiting efforts. A strong candidate relationship will lead to more referrals, more leads, and a better brand. There may be elements missing from your current talent engagement and retention processes, but you can put certain habits in place to help you build and cultivate these relationships—including reminders, referral programs, and interview preparation practices.

During this webinar, attendees will learn

  • What is missing from their current talent engagement and retention processes
  • Best practices to build relationships and drive talent engagement and retention
  • The importance of staying in the habit of building and maintaining candidate relationships
  • The value of using the latest technology in tandem with best practices
