Panel Discussion: Tapping Untapped Talents, Part Two (Focus: Hiring Veterans and Military Spouses)
Many recruiters have standard talent pools they habitually recruit from. However, when you rely too much on your standard pools, you catch the same fish over and over—or you run out. It is time to look to additional sources to recruit a diverse array of qualified candidates. During the second session in the two-part Tapping Untapped Talents series, panelists who are experts in connecting the military community with meaningful employment opportunities will discuss the benefits of sourcing and employing veterans and their spouses.
During this webinar, attendees will learn
- Why hiring veterans and their spouses is advantageous for employers
- How businesses can support veterans re-entering the workforce
- How to post job openings that attract veterans and their spouses
