Noel is the Founder and Managing Partner for Collinwood Technlogy Partners, a Veteran Owned Information Technology Staffing firm. His career spans more than 25 years in recruiting, sales, and operations/management. Noel is a Marine Corps Veteran (serving 1988-1996) and was on active duty during Operation Desert Shield (1991). In addition to running Collinwood, Noel serves as the co-state manager for the National Veteran Business Development Council’s (NVBDC) “50 State Manager Scholarship” Program. Additionally, Noel serves as the Chair of the annual Chicago event for a Veteran Charity Golf outing, Tee It Up for the Troops.

Lindsay served 6 years active duty in South Korea with the United States Army from 2003 – 2009. Working as an Information Technology Specialist, she served in the Kentucky National Guard while starting her family and has since become the Founder & CEO of Empower Employ. Lindsay recently built MPOWER a mobile app, with an initiative to educate corporate America on how to hire and retain military talent. Lindsay has been fortunate enough to have worked with private and public companies such as Amazon, Intuit, Tanium, the Department of Defense, and most proudly the US Army.
