With over 11 years of experience in the staffing and employment industry, Maggie has helped small to large organizations improve their operations and processes to provide a more personal experience to all stakeholders. She has a passion for helping others and believes that the staffing industry is a vehicle to make an impact on many lives. Maggie volunteers for the American Staffing Association on the North Carolina State Council and serves as the Vice Chair on the Women in Leadership Council. Maggie was recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as a 2021 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Fields embodies a “servant leader” style. She understands the workings of GPS (Gallman Personnel Services Inc.) from all perspectives and possesses a unique ability to evaluate, understand, and bridge the differences. She is an analytical driver by nature with a passion for helping and growing those around her to achieve their full potential. A member of the American Staffing Association and the South Carolina Staffing Association, an ASA-affiliated chapter, she serves as vice-chair for temporary services insurance risk control committee and sits on the GPS board of directors.

As CEO of Staffmark and general manager of Indeed Flex, Lane leads the collaboration between the two companies, which is focused on changing the future of work, and she’s a driving force behind combining great tech and great talent to create more opportunity for job seekers and employers. Lane is a trusted adviser and thought leader with more than 30 years of staffing industry experience and has been named to the SIA 100 list and the SIA Global 150–Women in Staffing list, which celebrates the most influential women in the staffing industry. She is committed to the advancement of women in leadership and diversity and inclusion.

 

DeLibra WesleyDeLibra Wesley

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, National Recruiting Consultants

Wesley is the founder and chief executive officer of Texas-based National Recruiting Consultants. Wesley previously was part of the leadership team at the Delta Cos. Her nearly 14-year tenure progressed to the role of chief operating officer of the company, where she oversaw all aspects of operations from training and compliance to project management and human resources. She was the company’s first minority executive and led its diversity council. Wesley has nearly 20 years of health care staffing experience throughout her career. She is a member of the ASA board of directors and was named to the SIA Global Power 150–Women in Staffing list in 2018 and 2020.
