In February 2025, Stein assumed the role of CEO of Eastridge Workforce Management, a Workwell Co., which was formed as a result of a carveout transaction from Eastridge Workforce Solutions, which Stein had served as CEO since January 2020. Prior to that, he served as president of Eastridge’s recruitment business since 2013. Stein joined Eastridge as an entry-level sales associate in 1998 and has held virtually every position in its recruitment division, including overseeing two of Eastridge’s largest acquisitions—Abbott Staffing Group in 2009 and Operon Resource Management in 2017. Stein is a passionate speaker and coach on company culture, servant leadership, and all things talent.
