For a quarter century, Corum has acted as national counsel for some of the nation’s largest staffing companies; vitamin and supplement manufacturers; printing companies; and providers of targeted advertising, media, and marketing. He has prosecuted and defended all types of employment claims (including post-employment restrictive covenant litigation), workplace violence and personal injury cases, commercial and business disputes (including battles over insurance and indemnity obligations), intellectual property rights, transportation and environmental matters, and construction and design issues. Corum has appeared in hundreds of state and federal courts in more than 40 states; has tried state and federal jury cases, bench trials, and arbitrations from coast to coast; and has argued numerous matters to federal appellate and state courts of appeal and of last resort.

Christina Pyle Engle

partner, Husch Blackwell
Engle assists her clients in a broad range of cases involving contract disputes, workplace injuries, employment issues, premises liability, insurance and indemnity obligations, non-compete enforcement, and intellectual property rights. She is involved in all aspects of litigation from the initial filing or defense of a lawsuit through trial and has represented clients in state and federal courts across the nation. A significant portion of Engle’s practice is devoted to representing and advising staffing companies and their clients. As a part of the firm’s franchise and distribution team, she also regularly advises and defends franchisors against claims by franchisees and third parties.
