Who Should Attend

Staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry owners, principals, chief executive officers, presidents, branch managers, and recruiting professionals

Highlights

Recent scrutiny of organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts has highlighted a gap in understanding DEI as a methodology for effective talent management and organizational equity. Raising awareness and educating about diversity is crucial for fostering an inclusive culture, but true access to opportunities and equitable employee experiences can only be achieved when DEI is integrated into the organizational structure. That’s why it’s essential to transition DEI proponents from evangelists to engineers.

This session will introduce a DEI maturity model that can serve as a tool to assess organizational strengths and identify opportunities for inclusion and best practices in DEI.

During this webinar, attendees will learn

  • How to use a DEI maturity model  to evaluate current DEI initiatives, identify gaps, and measure progress using frameworks and tools
  • Effective methods to integrate DEI principles into talent development and enrichment strategies
  • Ways to identify and articulate measurable outcomes of DEI best practices to drive performance and productivity
