Highlights
The role of leaders and practitioners in the diversity, equity, and inclusion arena has evolved, and so have the people who have held these roles. In this candid panel conversation, hear directly from professionals who previously held DEI-focused roles in the staffing industry about where their careers have taken them, how they’ve reimagined their work—and what they wish they had known sooner.
Whether you’re a DEI practitioner wondering what’s next or a staffing firm leader trying to understand how to retain, reposition, and maximize this talent, this session offers an honest look at the capabilities that translate across roles including change leadership, talent development, strategic influence, and building strong workplace culture.
- During this webinar, attendees will learn:
- Leadership capabilities that often emerge from people-centered roles and why they matter beyond a single job function
- Practical approaches for repositioning professional expertise during periods of organizational or career change
- Strategies staffing firms can use to retain, reposition, and maximize talent with DEI experience to strengthen culture, workforce effectiveness, and business outcomes
