All allies are invited to join this webinar and hear industry experts share their personal stories and journeys—as well as industry data that show men overestimate the success of current measures to support women within the staffing industry and underestimate the toll that a lack of diversity, equity, and inclusion can have on the retention of women at their companies. In this webinar, to learn actionable ways to support women in your company and to hear from thought leaders about the importance of allies in action.

She is also the co-founder of ARA, an organization that seeks to attract, retain and advance women in technology. Through her book, Together we Rise and TheEdge podcast, Vickrey hopes to break down stereotypes, instill confidence, and encourage the next generation of leaders to rise up. She has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts DEI Influencer list two years running among a number of other accolades and industry recognitions.

Francesca Profeta is well-known for her market research and commitment to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. With a 20-year career in the staffing industry and over a decade at Staffing Industry Analysts, Francesca has played a pivotal role in shaping SIA’s DE&I research. Through her research and advocacy efforts, Francesca has shed light on the importance of diverse representation, technology trends, diverse networks, and the benefits of embracing a culture of inclusivity in staffing practices.
In addition to her focus on DE&I, Francesca also provides valuable market insights for SIA members on staffing markets as diverse as Japan, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain and Portugal. Prior to joining SIA, Francesca worked for global staffing firms, Select Appointments and Vedior.

In 2015, Thaden spearheaded From Now On, a CRi innovation lab spinoff, producing FanX, a mobile fan engagement solution adopted by 160+ college athletic departments and key events like NCAA tournaments. From Now On was acquired by Snap! Mobile in 2023. With 20+ years in tech, Thaden is known for strategic business and marketing leadership. She serves on advisory boards for IT and public policy organizations and resides in Omaha with her husband and three daughters.
