The ASA Foundation Accelerator Program is tailored specifically for women entrepreneurs and founders in the staffing industry who are in the first five years of building their businesses. When Is the Application Deadline?

Who Is Eligible for the Accelerator Program?
Applicants should be women business owners who are
- Founders and/or owners of a staffing firm that has operated for more than one year and less than five years
- Staffing firm must have been founded after July 1, 2020. (See staffing firm definition here.)
- Founder/owner must have at least 51% ownership in the company.
- Founder/owner must be actively involved in running the business.
- Franchise owners are not eligible.
- Committed to growth and professional development and must participate in a year-long peer group (attending 75% of the monthly peer calls)
- Able to attend THRIVE Live and Staffing World 2025 (Oct 5-8, Orlando FL)
- Hotel, flight, and travel costs are not included with this program
- Seeking meaningful connections with industry peers and mentors

The 2025 ASA Foundation Accelerator Program deadline has passed. Information on how to apply for the 2026 program will be posted in early 2026.
Note: Travel expenses are not eligible for reimbursement. Example use cases for grant funds include but are not limited to funding fractional roles such as a chief operating officer, implementing new technology, investing in executive coaching, paying for new website development, and/or funding marketing efforts.
