Workplace Harassment Video Terms and Conditions
In consideration of the mutual promises and other good consideration set forth below, the American Staffing Association (ASA) and [COMPANYNAME] hereby agree as follows:
ASA grants [COMPANYNAME] a nonexclusive license to show the ASA Workplace Harassment video (video) exclusively to [COMPANYNAME]'s job applicants and employees. The video cannot be used for any other purpose, nor can the license be assigned to any other person or organization except as expressly authorized in writing by ASA.
ASA retains all rights in the video conferred by law, including, but not limited to, copyright laws. [COMPANYNAME] may not, nor may it allow others to, copy, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or transfer the video, unless expressly authorized in writing by ASA.
[COMPANYNAME] understands that the video is for informational purposes only; the video does not constitute, is not intended as, and should not be construed as, legal advice. [COMPANYNAME] is strongly urged to seek the advice of legal counsel regarding unlawful harassment and the matters discussed in the video. ASA makes no warranty or representation whatsoever to [COMPANYNAME] with respect to the video or its contents. [COMPANYNAME] agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless ASA and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any expense, liability, or loss, including reasonable attorneyā€™s fees and costs, incurred by [COMPANYNAME] or other parties arising out of [COMPANYNAME]'s use of the video.
