You asked, we listened. ASA’s Staffing STATS webinar series provides members with timely data and reliable analysis of industry research and economic trends. This quarterly report will provide an update on the latest industry economic indicators and shed light on a few sources for benchmarking data. We will discuss worker preferences to help fine-tune the candidate experience. Using data from our Workforce Monitor series, as well as surveys from others in the industry, ASA’s Assistant Director, Research, Tim Hulley, interprets this data and provides insights on how to successfully navigate these uncertain times.

Tim Hulley, assistant director of research, American Staffing Association, has spent seven years studying the staffing industry and related topics at ASA. He has a background in marketing research in a range of industries, and relishes opportunities to bring actionable data to ASA members.

Hetrick encourages data-driven decisions and educates others on best practices for attraction, engagement, and retention of employees through her work utilizing labor economics and market research and analytics. She completed her B.B.A. in marketing with a minor in statistics at Mercer University.
