The American Staffing Association has named eight new recipients of its Women in Leadership scholarships, the association announced today.
Established in 2020, the Women in Leadership scholarship program honors rising stars who show exemplary professional growth potential and a commitment to a career in the staffing and recruiting industry. This year, the scholarship program fielded the largest number of applications in its history.
The eight scholarship awardees are:

- Kimberly Coull, director of recruiting, National Recruiting Consultants
- Anneris Coplin, branch manager, Elwood Staffing
- Natasha Davis, talent acquisition manager, BGSF
- Cari Ducoff, area director, Adecco
- Jennifer Fitzpatrick, director, talent acquisition, Staffmark Group

- Sabrina Alexis Sayoc, senior corporate recruiter—SETT talent acquisition, Kelly Services
“This year’s rising stars exemplify outstanding professional growth potential and a deep commitment to pursuing successful staffing careers,” said Lenore Convery, chair of the ASA Women in Leadership scholarship program taskforce. “Through the Women in Leadership scholarship program, we continue to empower and support talented women, fostering their development as future leaders. Congratulations to all the awardees, and we look forward to welcoming them in Charlotte.”
Each recipient will attend two ASA events at no charge: THRIVE Live, Oct. 2–3, and Staffing World® 2023, Oct. 3–5. Both events are taking place at the Charlotte Convention Center.
These scholarships are made possible with the support of Women in Leadership interest group sponsors, with special recognition to the 2022 Women in Leadership scholarship winners; Joanie Bily, author of Dive In D.E.E.P.; the authors of Together We Rise; and additional donors who have supported this program. Generous proceeds from Dive In D.E.E.P. and Together We Rise book sales supported additional scholarships this year.
