Szendrey has been the Branch Mentor at The Reserves network for three years. Marilyn started her career at TRN in 2002 as a recruiter, progressing to Branch Manager and then Regional Manager. She was given the opportunity to share her knowledge and experience as a mentor to new and promoted branch managers and assistant branch managers in 2020, and the TRN Mentorship Program was born. The program has expanded to include any employee of The Reserves Network and she has mentored nearly 100 employees! She is a graduate of Malone University with a degree in Business Management. Marilyn enjoys her job so much she calls it the “last step in her career” and can’t imagine doing anything else!

Copeland is an entrepreneur and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience supporting education and mental health systems in Baltimore, VA, and Washington, DC. He launched Alignstaffing in 1998, a recruiting firm headquartered in Baltimore that coaches and places talent across education, behavioral health, and social services. Given his commitment to underserved communities, he was honored with the Leader in Diversity award by the Baltimore Business Journal in 2020 and was named an Influential Marylander by The Daily Record in 2021. He’s an active board member of Towson University College of Business and Economics and Thread, a nonprofit that engages underperforming high school students.
Therese Gopaul-Robinson

Gopaul-Robinson is the owner of the Therese GR Co., which provides process improvement, training, and accreditation support for the staffing industry. She also provides coaching and on-demand training for health care leaders. Her accreditation and process improvement services provide her clients with an in-depth review of current processes to quickly identify problematic areas with quick solutions. Gopaul-Robinson has more than 20 years of health care experience serving in several leadership roles in hospitals and health care staffing organizations. She has a master of public health degree, has a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from the University of South Florida, and holds a Lean Six Sigma certification.
Sabrina Alexis Sayoc
