Luchsinger has more than 20 years of staffing industry experience and over 27 years of experience in customer service and sales, with a strong emphasis on client and team-member relations. She started with SEEK in 1993 and has served as a staffing consultant, client services representative, team leader, district team leader, and region team leader. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing operational policies, motivating and developing staff, and continuing to grow SEEK’s brand nationally.

Felton is committed to advancing equitable pathways to good jobs for people who have been left out and left behind by the labor market. As director of worker success, she leads efforts to ensure training institutions and workforce systems offer human-centered, equitable pathways to good jobs and that job seekers and workers can use their voice and power to drive career decisions and influence systems and workplaces. Previously, Felton led Heartland Alliance’s National Center on Employment and Homelessness advancing connections to employment for people experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Her deep commitment to economic justice is rooted in the stories of people she met during her many years as a direct service provider.
Terri Strodthoff, Ph.D.
founder and executive director, Alma Center Inc.
Strodthoff is a national expert in the practice of healing-focused care and is a sought-after trainer and presenter. She is the originator and developer of compassionate self-archeology, an integrative approach for trauma resolution and recovery of authentic self. She is the founder, and served for two decades as the executive director, of the Alma Center—a national award-winning, community-based agency in Milwaukee pioneering the approach of healing-focused care to end cycles of violence and abuse in relationships and families. She is currently the founder and president of the Alma Institute, a national training center for promoting trauma-informed and healing-focused practice in the work of domestic violence intervention and prevention. She is also a co-founder of Zelia Inc., a trauma-resolution service provider and training center with a particular focus on working with organizational leaders and decision-makers. Strodthoff is a trailblazer in emancipating the healing of trauma from the mental health model.
Renita Robinson
vice president of health equity, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Prevea Health
Robinson is the inaugural vice president of health equity at Prevea Health. She brings over 30 years of social justice experience to this role and most recently was the chief executive officer of the YWCA Greater Green Bay. Robinson has been an educator, advocate, and supporter of the homeless, victims of sexual and domestic violence and children across the life, gender, and race span. Robinson has developed curriculum, designed conferences and programs, conducted workshops, and addressed a wide range of audiences as the owner of Teach ‘Em To Fish LLC—a non-profit consulting business dedicated to curriculum development and training on a variety of social justice issues.
