Share
By attending the 2024 ASA Staffing Law and Compliance Conference and the preconference program “Health Care Staffing: Legal and Legislative Updates,” attendees may earn up to a total of 12.0 continuing education hours. Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

ASA is seeking preapproval for CLE in the following states: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.

This program may qualify to be approved by other state bars for CLE. Attorneys interested in seeking CLE for states other than those listed above should contact their state bars for consideration. Upon request, ASA will provide documentation, including a verified letter of attendance, that will be required to validate participation in the conference.

NEW! Lawyers seeking CLE, please make sure to complete CLE questions on SLCC24 attendee registration form. ASA staff will verify on-site attendance for each preapproved and non-preapproved state. Questions? Contact the ASA certification team at c************@americanstaffing.net.
