Join Cinthia Allred-Portugal and Clara Buchanan as they delve into a pivotal element behind highly successful teams. Science has found inclusive teams are 87% more likely to make better decisions and perform better overall. But how can you create such an environment, especially for LGBTQIA+ individuals? In honor of Pride Month, the facilitators will share their perspectives and personal journeys as queer leaders within the corporate and entrepreneur environments. They’ll explore how to foster your personal authenticity and how you can use that to create safe spaces for yourself and others. They’ll also illuminate the challenges of visibility in the workplace and underscore its crucial importance, offering actionable steps to drive progress year-round, transcending Pride Month alone.
