The ASA inclusion, diversity, and equity advocacy (IDEA) group invites you to an interactive networking call that will shed light on the workplace impact of nonapparent disabilities and examine concepts like the Curb-Cut Effect that highlight the broader benefits of accessibility and inclusion for everyone. Through presentations and personal storytelling, gain insights into how employers can better understand and utilize available resources to support applicants, candidates, and employees with nonapparent disabilities.

- Discover the importance of fostering an environment that minimizes stigma and normalizes conversations about nonapparent disabilities.
- Demonstrate accommodation practices for individuals with nonapparent disabilities during the hiring process, including coaching candidates on disclosure and interview strategies.
- Identify resources to support the full inclusion of people with nonapparent disabilities.
