She plays a crucial role in ensuring that data is treated as an asset and that it supports strategic goals of the organization. Iannucci Craft has led both small teams and large teams at Kelly in the data and analytics space, as well as managed large global implementations projects. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, ScrumAlliance, and the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals. Recently, she was honored by Kelly’s Canadian headquarters as an honorary Member of the Order of Canada for exemplary service. Iannucci Craft’s personal philosophy is to strive for individual excellence so that she may then become a more resilient person able to take on any challenge.

Danziger is a repeat founder who has founded, scaled, and exited two companies. Her unique superpower is building and scaling teams and organizations, with a focus on creating scalable, repeatable strategies that empower teams to maximize impact. In 2009, Danziger founded and led Integrate Agency, which became one of the top marketing and public relations agencies in Texas. In 2020, she launched Ampersand, a venture capital-backed workforce development software platform designed to upskill early career professionals at scale and bridge the gap between education and employment. That company was acquired by Ascent Funding in 2023. Following the acquisition, Danziger led marketing and product growth initiatives, integrating the Ampersand technology into the Ascent infrastructure.

She also created a global sales council to drive collaboration and growth across markets.

Earlier in her career, as president and chief digital technology officer for NashTech Global, she led outsourced and offshore software development teams across North America and the Asia-Pacific region, delivering mission-critical systems and applications. She was instrumental in scaling the information technology solutions business from $3 million to $100 million. A frequent contributor to CIO.com and a Forbes Technology Council member, Frazzetto is a sought-after speaker on topics including digital innovation, outsourcing, and workplace diversity. Now based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Lynch is the brand marketing and corporate communications lead for ATR International, a Hispanic woman-owned staffing and consulting firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, CA. She also volunteers on the marketing team for Women of Color in Staffing, supporting initiatives that elevate underrepresented professionals in the industry.
