Event-Registration Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office by March 6, 2026. After March 6, no refunds will be awarded. All cancellations will be assessed a 25% administrative charge. Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows. To cancel, reply to this email no later than March 6, 2026.
Alternate registrants will be accepted in place of cancellation at any time up until event check in. Click here to transfer your registration.
