The board of directors of the American Staffing Association recently elected Karenjo Goodwin, founder and chief executive officer of Exact Staff Inc., as chairman.
Goodwin founded Exact Staff Inc., a family of staffing, search, and recruitment outsourcing companies headquartered in Woodland Hills, CA, in 1996. Under her leadership, it has grown to become one of the largest independent, woman-owned staffing companies in California, with offices in 10 other states. Goodwin previously served as a founding executive of American Business Careers in New York and has held executive positions for international, national, and regional staffing companies. She is also an active member of YPO (formerly Young Presidents’ Organization, a global organization of chief executives).
