Staffing World^® 2026

Staffing World is the largest, most comprehensive convention and expo in the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry.  As the premier event of its kind, Staffing World unites industry professionals and partners for an impactful exchange of insights, strategies, and resources. Over three days, attendees gain valuable knowledge and innovative ideas that can drive both personal and professional development throughout the year.

Submission options for Staffing World 2026: OPENING in late-2025. 

• Concurrent Breakout Session (workshop): Concurrent, interactive sessions mostly range from 60 to 90 minutes long. Presenters and panels are asked to design content specific to the staffing industry and to the staffing professional to engage audience interaction at an advanced learning level. The deadline for a breakout session submission is January 31, 2026.
• Speed Talk / Tech Talk: A 10-minute presentation around any topic in the industry. This presentation will be held in the exhibit hall. The deadline for a Speed Talk / Tech Talk submission is May 31, 2026.
