Highlights

Staffing management personnel in the U.S. operate in a complicated legal environment. The reality of the modern workplace is that employers and executives face significant legal issues in administering employer–employee relationships. As a result, employment-related claims are constantly escalating, and monetary exposure is increasing.

In 2026, myriad factors shape legal risk and compliance strategies—from the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence tools to virtual workplaces and gig workers. In this webinar, attorney Gerald L. Maatman Jr. of Duane Morris LLP will discuss how staffing industry executives can manage risk and reduce the likelihood of costly lawsuits.

During this webinar, attendees will learn

  • How to build an effective AI compliance tool kit
  • Personnel management strategies for virtual and hybrid workers
  • Navigation tools for joint employment, co-employment, and independent contractor relationships
