Joanie Bily

Bily is recognized as a prominent authority on labor market data, workplace trends, and expert career advice. She is a frequent keynote speaker and appears regularly on national broadcast networks and major publications. She has a passion for helping others achieve their personal and professional aspirations and she brings a demonstrated track record of leading talent to exceptional outcomes. Bily previously led RemX, the professional staffing division at Employbridge, for seven years. In 2016, she launched RemX Contact Center Solutions, which has become a leader in delivering workforce staffing solutions to large U.S. call and contact centers. Bily has been recognized as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Staffing” by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years (2016–22), was the recipient of the World Staffing Summit’s World Staffing Award in 2021, and, most recently, has been named to the Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2024 “Staffing 100 North America” list. Bily is chair of the ASA board of directors.
Cathi Canfield
vice president, bridge to better, Employbridge
Canfield focuses on innovative solutions and digital transformation to benefit companies and workers. She actively pursues new ways to do work in order to positively affect the client, associate, and colleague experience. She also spends time on thought leadership and insights, like the Voice of the American Workforce survey. Prior to this work, she created the Better WorkLife initiative at the company to improve associates’ work lives through empathy, understanding, education, and stability, which leads to higher engagement and longevity with customers. Before joining Employbridge, she worked in economic development with regional economic development groups and utility companies attracting and growing new business.
