After seeing technology for hourly workers had not changed since his first hourly job, Siddiqi founded Branch at technology incubator Idealab. He made the move from Los Angeles to Minneapolis, to participate in the inaugural class of the Techstars Target Retail Accelerator program in 2016, and has continued to grow the company in the Twin Cities. He has been recognized as one of Employee Benefit News magazine’s “Top 20 Digital Innovators in Benefits” and as EY Entrepreneur of the Year: Heartland. Atif holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master of business administration degree from the University of Southern California.

Larson is also the host of the “Staffing Industry Spotlight” interview series. As a serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in technology and finance, he previously founded and successfully exited the fintech lending platform Leif in 2018, demonstrating a track record of building impactful solutions.
