Ashley Andersen

Andersen is a certified executive coach who is committed to women’s leadership development. Andersen runs the new division, ClearEdge Rising, which fosters a career growth community to support upcoming women leaders as they develop their talents and skills within the recruiting and workforce solutions staffing industry. As a former social worker, Andersen has developed her executive leadership skillset through various corporate and academic leadership coaching opportunities.âŻAndersen is the current owner of Truth to Purpose and has extensive experience with leadership and coaching management at the University of Colorado. She holds a master of social work degree from the City University of New York-Hunter College and earned her bachelor of arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.
Amy Yackowski

Victoria Hill

Hill has more than 15 years of experience in the human resource marketplace. She is skilled in all aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I); leadership development; and human resource management. Her focus is the human experience and building inclusive relationships.In 2018, she started and now leads Advanced Groupâs diversity, equity, and inclusion committee, which focuses on awareness, training, recruitment process, and public relations. The DE&I committee won its first award in 2019âan honorable mention in the ASA Care Awardsâand its second award in 2022âbeing named to Staffing Industry Analystsâ DEI Influencers list. She also facilitates neurodiversity, conscious inclusion, interview bias, bystander intervention, building inclusive relationships, and many other DE&I trainings for her organization and for external partners.
