Highlights
This webinar will focus on leveraging data and artificial intelligence to address key challenges and opportunities in the staffing industry. It will highlight how data empowers employees through self-coaching by providing objective insights into daily activities and contributions, allowing them to take ownership of their performance and development. Learn how productivity data, including time and task management and daily activity metrics, allow employees to track progress, identify patterns, and make necessary adjustments, similar to using a fitness tracker. This self-coaching mindset encourages setting realistic goals, tracking progress, and identifying trends for continuous improvement.
Furthermore, the webinar will emphasize the power of data and AI for both frontline managers and leadership. For managers, data helps identify employee strengths and weaknesses, identify skill gaps, and facilitate more productive one-on-one meetings. At the leadership level, aggregated employee data provides valuable insights into team productivity, employee engagement, and recruitment effectiveness. This data-informed decision making allows leaders to optimize workflows, improve hiring decisions, and track progress toward organizational goals.
During this webinar, attendees will learn:
- How data enables employees to gain awareness and take ownership of their performance and development
- The power of productivity data and AI to empower frontline managers in building more effective teams
- The value of data-driven decision making in driving key performance indicators, optimizing workflows and processes, making better hiring and staffing decisions, and tracking progress toward organizational goals
