Presenters
Lindsay Stanton
president, the Soul Revival
Stanton is the president of Digi-Me, a digital technology company in the human resource space, which she built and ran with Roger Stanton until his death in October 2020—after 20 years in love, working and traveling together. Stanton has extensive media and speaking experience from her tenure as an executive, having been featured on major television and radio outlets as well as at industry events as a subject matter expert. Stanton is a grief coach assisting those in deep grief, a certified intuitive Reiki healer and practitioner, and is certified in somatic therapy along with other modalities to assist people experiencing grief.
Jason Seiden
president, Comfort Communications
For nearly 30 years, Seiden has used intelligent questions and hard data to tame clients’ thorniest, most strategic communication challenges—challenges such as how to adopt transformational technologies, adapt to changes in leadership, and align teams at scale. After losing his daughter in 2018 and seeing firsthand how devastating grief can be to individual performance and company culture, he began looking more closely at the human side of business at the team level. Ultimately, he co-founded Comfort Communications, which protects organizational value by filling a specific gap between communications and human resources with tools that help people answer questions like “What do I say?” and “How do we ensure continuity while still having a heart?” Seiden’s mission is to create a more productive, supportive, and joyful world.
