Whiteley brings more than 20 years of staffing industry and search experience to MeeDerby. She leads the day-to-day operations of MeeDerby, supporting the team in placing managers and executives in the staffing industry. She is active with ASA, participating in the women in leadership council, the ASA MentorMatch program, and previously as chair of the direct hire section council. She was a 2023 adviser to the Women’s Business Colloraberative’s staffing workstream. Whiteley is active in her community as a board member with Student Homeless Initiative Partnership, is a volunteer dive coach for her son’s high school, and is a committee member of Boy Scout Troop 278. Prior to joining MeeDerby, she spent 15 years with Spherion in leadership and revenue driving roles across multiple staffing verticals.

As assistant vice president of sales and key accounts at IMS People Possible, Dorsey leverages his expertise to drive strategic partnerships and deliver exceptional staffing solutions. His passion for health care, coupled with a strong business acumen, empowers him to be a driving force within the organization.

 

 

 

Stephen HrutkaStephen Hrutka

principal consultant, Hruckus
Hrutka served 10 years of active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. during his service, he was selected to represent the Navy at the Wharton School of Business. After leaving the Navy, Hrutka gained five years of experience as a management consultant, working in the Gartner federal information technology strategy practice and the A.T. Kearney public sector and defense practice. He is a graduate of Tulane University with a degree in mechanical engineering. Currently, he is the principal of Hruckus LLC, where he leads multiple practices focused on strategic sourcing, executive search, and IT staffing for federal, intelligence community, defense, and municipal clients.

 

 

Ann Jones, TSC, CSPAnn Jones, TSC, CSP

vice president of strategy and growth, ACS Professional Staffing
Jones brings more than 20 years of combined recruiting, staffing, and human resources experience to her role as vice president of strategy and growth at ACS Professional Staffing. She applies her extensive expertise to oversee both the sales and recruiting teams, which includes both offshore and nearshore resources. Jones is also responsible for all offshore- and nearshore-related vendor relationships, contract negotiation, and management. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she is responsible for developing and growing long-term client partnerships with local government agencies and large private entities. She is knowledgeable about offering consultative solutions to a wide range of industries, and her vast recruiting experience, coupled with her relationship-driven client management approach, continues to play an integral role in the growth of ACS.
