Highlights

From a legal perspective, no segment of the staffing industry has undergone more change recently than the health care sector. The evolving legal landscape requires health care staffing firms to have the best operational contracts in place with their clients. These agreements are more than just contracts—they document details regarding critical payment terms, business decisions about indemnity, and state regulatory compliance requirements. In this webinar, Akerman partners S. Montaye Sigmon and Jamie Shyman will discuss how health care staffing companies can manage their legal risk through a thoughtful integrated approach to their operational contracts.

During this webinar, attendees will learn

  • How to identify potentially problematic provisions in operational contracts
  • Potential strategies to manage risk of nonpayment
  • How state regulatory requirements may affect operational contracts
