Pincus is a partner at the international law firm Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP and head of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and staffing practices. He is one of the country’s leading M&A attorneys for the staffing industry, having completed more than 90 deals in the industry during the past 35 years, ranging in size from under $20 million to over $200 million in value. He has represented domestic and international staffing firms in U.S. and cross-border purchases, sales, recapitalizations, and management buyouts, and in transactions with strategic buyers as well as private equity firms.
