He has more than 25 years of broadbased operations and strategy development experience scaling service businesses into industry leaders. He is an experienced business services investment banker and recognized expert in the staffing, human resource, outsourcing, and technology services industry, having led more than 45 transactions and divestitures. Prior to Founders, England held leadership positions at private equity-backed staffing and outsourcing enterprises and was a member of the board for DallasHR, one of the largest SHRM affiliates nationwide.
Paul Pincus, Esq.
partner, Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP
Pincus is a partner at the international law firm Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP and head of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and staffing practices. He is one of the country’s leading M&A attorneys for the staffing industry, having completed more than 90 deals in the industry during the past 35 years, ranging in size from under $20 million to over $200 million in value. He has represented domestic and international staffing firms in U.S. and cross-border purchases, sales, recapitalizations, and management buyouts, and in transactions with strategic buyers as well as private equity firms. Pincus has written and lectured extensively on staffing M&A topics for national and state organizations, including ASA and Staffing Industry Analysts.
