Highlights

The ASA Staffing STATS webinar series was launched in 2021 in response to member interest in timely data and reliable analysis of industry research and economic trends. The next session will present a deep dive and lively discussion on the latest findings from the ASA Workforce Monitor®, which have been attracting national media attention. According to the latest survey findings, most U.S. employees say they have the right to know if their co-workers have been vaccinated against Covid-19—yet nearly as many also say their own vaccination status is private. The findings also reveal workers’ opinions on continued mask-wearing in the workplace and much more, including how the findings break down by age and race.

ASA data expert Cynthia Davidson will review the results and interview two staffing firm executives on how their companies are addressing the challenges. Make sure you and your company are prepared for worker questions, objections, and preferences as more employees return to on-site work—corporate employees as well as temporary and contract workers.

During this webinar, attendees will learn

  • What U.S. workers think about the questions employers are currently grappling with
  • How to put ASA research findings into context for their company
  • Strategies for making data-backed decisions
