Marsha Abeln, MHA, BA
Chief Financial Officer, Elite365
As the CFO of healthcare workforce solutions firm Elite365, Marsha Abeln brings decades of experience optimizing the financial health of hospital systems and healthcare organizations. She is a strong and proactive team builder, who focuses on delivering impactful results, as much for institutions as for the people who serve them. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science degree in healthcare administration from Belhaven University.
Jennifer Prospero
Chief Financial Officer, BCforward
Jennifer has over 28 years of experience in various accounting and financial roles, earning her CPA certification while at Deloitte. Jennifer joined BCforward in September 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining BCforward, Jennifer served as Staffmark Group’s CFO for five years, holding various financial leadership roles within Staffmark over her 18-year tenure.
Emily Godman
Chief Financial Officer Riley Decker Companies
As CFO of Riley Decker, Godman oversees compliance and financial strategies for all their staffing brands, including The Job Center, MOR Talent Solutions, and Galaxy Healthcare. Godman’s 20-year-long career started in public accounting where she focused on taxation as well as strategic business consulting. Godman has been active in the past helping women owned startup companies and currently is the treasurer for a nonprofit that helps the homeless in Northern Kentucky.
