Highlights

Over the past several years, companies have taken great steps to support women in the workplace and create benefits and opportunities that help them advance. Despite an increase in representation in the workforce and expanded company efforts, women still face barriers in the workplace—especially when it comes to being put in the pipeline for promotions into executive and c-suite positions.

As employers consider best practices they can use to retain female talent and encourage women to pursue opportunities to move up in leadership, it is important to understand what women value in the workplace—especially in the 2025 landscape. According to research compiled by ASA, Staffing Industry Analysts, TechServe Alliance, National Association of Personnel Services, and the Women Business Collaborative’s Staffing Workstream group, many women have been in their same position for more than two years and are looking at 2025 and the changing economic landscape as an opportunity to make a move.

Join ASA for a webinar co-hosted by WBC Staffing Workstream to learn more about the latest research on what women value in the workplace; what pushes them to leave an employer; and what steps employers can take to hire, retain, and promote their top female talent in 2025 and beyond.
