Brockus joined Nextaff in late 2021 as the franchise support coordinator and quickly advanced to the role of franchise support manager through her dedication and expertise. Despite having no prior knowledge of the staffing industry, she excelled in her role. In her current position, she plays a crucial role in supporting franchisees by advocating for their needs, providing targeted training, and enhancing processes to ensure efficient operations. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Brockus is an active contributor to her community and a supportive mother. Her role as a community leader and her commitment to personal development extend her impact beyond the workplace. Her achievements and dedication to both her career and personal growth are integral to her success at Nextaff. Myriah Casey

Casey is a dynamic employment and leadership professional who joined the staffing industry in 2018 as a recruiter with Remedy Intelligent Staffing. Her exceptional skills and dedication led her to rapid advancement, becoming a market vice president at Employbridge in 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a master of business administration degree from Viterbo University, as well as Certified Staffing Professional® and Technical Services CertifiedSM credentials through the American Staffing Association. Casey’s commitment to excellence was recognized with the Sales Professional Growth and Top Producer awards multiple years from Employbridge’s franchise division. She actively contributes to numerous committees, showcasing her leadership and collaborative spirit. Casey’s strategic mindset has been pivotal in various roles, including spearheading major accounts, coordinating professional development throughout her teams, and leading through a large franchise acquisition.

Her career began as a talent attraction specialist, where she honed her skills in sourcing, interviewing, and aligning candidates in New York City. She has evolved into an accomplished training manager, specializing in cross-functional talent development, driving revenue growth, and achieving high retention rates. Skilled in remote training, performance management, and strategic planning for new hires, Catoggio excels in supporting enterprise-level client hiring and process establishment.

Colosia began her staffing career toward the conclusion of the pandemic, leveraging her background in patient care as a phlebotomist, laboratory manager, and clinic manager. Initially on a path to medical school, Colosia found her true passion within the human and social aspects of health care, leading her to enter health care staffing in 2022. At Ardor Health, she quickly advanced from recruiter to account manager, and then identified a crucial need for marketing strategies that resonate with clinicians in a post-Covid-19 landscape. Colosia founded Ardor's marketing and brand department and currently serves as the marketing and brand manager, overseeing its day-to-day operations and spearheading projects that enrich both the corporate and clinical work environment. One notable initiative is the revitalization of Ardor Angels, the company's corporate philanthropy program that prioritizes monthly community outreach events benefiting various local organizations and charitable groups. Her drive to give back led executive leadership to form an annual Ardor Angel award, which she was the inaugural recipient of. Outside of work, Colosia enjoys exploring the growing Tampa food scene with her partner and their Goldendoodle.

Crespi is a vivacious leader with more than six years of talent acquisition experience, starting her career at Randstad as a recruiter and quickly excelling in account management. In her current role as client executive at Randstad USA, she manages key accounts and crafts strategic solutions for clients, consistently utilizing her passion for people and employing Randstad's "human forward" motto to deepen partnerships and extend her influence beyond the office into the community. Since becoming the team’s “Randstad With Heart” ambassador in 2018, Crespi has led volunteer initiatives supporting internal business resource groups like “Transcend,” Randstad’s re-skilling and training program for economic equity, and has been a dedicated sponsor of Junior Achievement of South Florida’s “Career Bound” work-readiness program for youth. In 2021, Crespi founded the impactful “Revving Up” high school internship program in collaboration with Junior Achievement, which has hosted five interns since its inception. Her commitment to excellence and innovative approach drive exceptional client satisfaction and significant community contributions, making her a key force at Randstad and an emerging leader in the staffing industry.

Daley is an associate director of marketing at Health Carousel, where she has been making significant strides in health care staffing since 2020. Promoted three times due to her impactful contributions, Daley now leads marketing efforts for the Nursing and Allied Health divisions, along with leading the marketing operations function, showcasing her ability to adapt and innovate within the dynamic health care sector. She has worked in various sectors, including digital marketing agencies and innovation consultancies. Parallel to her professional career, Daley volunteered as the president of her local American Marketing Association chapter, leading initiatives that substantially boosted community involvement and marketer development. She is known for her commitment to excellence, integrity, and teamwork. She actively fosters a collaborative culture and is seen as a role model and mentor by her peers. Daley’s commitment to marketing excellence and teamwork was recognized with the 2021 Marketing Team MVP award from Health Carousel. She lives in Cincinnati, OH, with her husband and dog, Leo.

Thompson began her staffing career with Health Carousel in 2017, quickly climbing the ranks to her current role as director of travel nursing in 2022, where she oversees the Columbus, OH, branch of recruitment. With a master's degree in health care administration, she is incredibly passionate about being part of a company that ensures every patient has access to a qualified health care professional. One of the highlights of her career so far was the ability to have a tremendous impact in staffing the country through the Covid-19 pandemic. Thompson is dedicated to being a high-impact leader by leveraging employee development with a whole-person focus, emotional intelligence, inclusivity, and servant leadership, while paving the way for more women to lead and unifying generational gaps within teams to drive sales. Outside of her career, Thompson lives in Columbus, OH, with her husband, son, and three pets, and she supports both the infant loss community and the Child Tumor Foundation.

In recognition of her exceptional skills and dedication, she has quickly climbed the ranks and was appointed senior marketing manager in 2022. With a diverse background spanning over a decade, Bowden has worked in various sectors, including nonprofit publishing, imaging technology, and education. Holding a bachelor of arts degree with an English major from James Madison University, Bowden’s commitment to excellence was acknowledged when she received the prestigious CoWorx CORE award in 2022, which recognizes individuals who embody the organization's values. Furthermore, she actively contributes to numerous committees and interdisciplinary project teams, further showcasing her leadership and collaborative spirit.

Coplin began her staffing career in 2018 as a staffing recruiter. Her hard work, growth mindset, and commitment to being a positive role model for her local Latin community quickly set her apart from her peers. In three short years, Coplin earned two promotions and is now leading Elwood’s Harrisburg, PA, branch in the role of branch manager. Coplin serves as an agent of change by helping associates bridge the gap in their employment journey. Her mission of self-improvement extends beyond the walls of work by staying actively involved in her community, which includes supporting the Pennsylvania Migrant Education Program as a translator and interpreter. On a personal note, Coplin is a single mother to two wonderful children who spur her on toward a brighter future.

Coull started her staffing career in the latter part of 2016 with a medical scribe staffing company. She never expected to go into staffing, as she dreamed of being a performer for Cirque Du Soleil. Unfortunately, due to an accident she was unable to pursue circus school, and this literally launched her career. Coull is currently the director of recruiting for National Recruiting Consultants, a special education staffing company started by three of her peers in 2021. She joined the team at the end of the year as the fourth member to launch the company. She is currently working on developing the recruiting department and ensuring that employees have a place that they feel welcome and can flourish. She is always looking for ways to improve the company through strategy, innovation, and driving her team to success. She resides in Colorado with her husband and four fur babies and enjoys the outdoors and traveling.

Davis is the regional operations manager with BGSF. She started with the company in 2021 as a bilingual recruiter and has grown into her current role as regional operations manager in Dallas, TX. Davis is passionate about the staffing industry because of the opportunity to impact lives and to serve others. She is an active participant in ICEBERG (Inclusive Community Empowering Black Employee Resource Group) for African American and ally employees at BGSF and is thrilled to work for a company that values transparency, equity, and inclusion. Davis believes in encouraging innovation and empowering teams to trust in themselves in their roles.

Ducoff is a passionate and proactive leader who joined Adecco U.S., one of the world’s leading providers of workforce solutions, in 2018 as a branch manager. She quickly worked her way up the organization and, in 2020, was promoted to area director, where she oversees sales, recruitment, and branch operations for one of the largest territories in the West. Ducoff believes in being on the front lines with her team, providing guidance and support in every situation. She is not afraid to tackle hard issues head-on, and always communicates with honesty and clarity. As a believer in practicing purpose-driven leadership, Ducoff aligns her actions with her values and vision. She brings her team along on the journey, ensuring they know the big picture and how they contribute to it. With a desire to empower women in leadership and advance the staffing industry, she is a role model for others who aspire to lead with courage and integrity. Ducoff lives in Fort Collins, CO, with her husband and two young girls.

Jennifer Fitzpatrick

Fitzpatrick began her career in staffing in 2016 as a branch operations manager. Today she serves as director of talent acquisition at Staffmark Group, overseeing the talent acquisition content creator team. She is regarded as an authority on the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, talent acquisition vendor selection, and field support. Fitzpatrick is also co-chair of Staffmark Group’s Operation: Hired Business Resource Group, an employee-led group that actively fosters an inclusive and diverse work environment for the military and veteran communities.

In 2017, Fitzpatrick faced the challenge of invasive carcinoma breast cancer. Motivated by her own experience, she founded BeBrave513, a nonprofit organization dedicated to crafting Brave Bags for individuals of all ages undergoing cancer treatment. These bags are thoughtfully filled with items to alleviate the side effects of cancer treatments and offer enjoyable distractions. While she has no evidence of disease, Fitzpatrick continues to operate BeBrave513 and extend support to other related nonprofit organizations. She is passionate about helping others, and it permeates her professional and personal life. She readily steps in and assists whenever her help is required, truly embodying her commitment to making a positive difference.

Traci Johnson

Johnson is currently the regional director for Central Kentucky/Indiana at BelFlex Staffing Network. Her impact transcends the organization as she truly embodies the company mission “Succeeding Together” by putting service first, advocating for creative solutions, and fostering authentic relationships. Johnson serves her community as an ambassador for the One Southern Indiana (1si) Chamber of Commerce and economic development organization. In this role she helps promote a more vibrant and profitable business environment for all. She’s also on the board of directors for the Center for Lay Ministries in Jeffersonville, IN. Johnson has been with BelFlex since 2018, starting as a branch manager and quickly rising to regional leadership in just two years. She’s held her current role as regional director since November 2020.

Sabrina Alexis Sayoc

As senior corporate recruiter, Sayoc is responsible for building the Kelly science, engineering, technology and telecom team. She has a track record of recruiting experts, enabling Kelly clients to power tomorrow’s innovations with today’s brightest talent. Sayoc started her staffing career in 2019 as a science and clinical recruiter at Kelly, shortly after completing her bachelor of science degree in biology at Pennsylvania State University. She has since also obtained her master of business administration and master of science in business analytics degrees from Indiana University and has found her passion in helping others find fulfilling employment and removing barriers to work. In addition to being a top performer on her team, Sayoc serves as the executive chair of Kelly’s Asian and Pacific Islander affinity group and volunteers on the American Staffing Association women in leadership council and social responsibility committee. Extremely proud of her Philippine culture, values, and community, Sayoc also serves as treasurer for the Filipino Youth Leaders Program. She strives to demonstrate the power of community—especially for first-generation professionals and those from marginalized groups—and is committed to making a difference toward work equity and accessibility.

Cheryl Campanaro

Campanaro got her start in staffing in 2018 as an on-site manager and quickly worked her way to area vice president. In 2021, she joined Adecco U.S., part of the world’s leading workforce solutions business, as a director of customer success. Her responsibilities in this role include overseeing a growing portfolio of international powerhouses in the consumer-packaged goods and fast-moving consumer goods space. With an engaging approach to the customer experience and a passion for people, Campanaro leverages her growing network within the global workforce solutions space to produce meaningful results that win the hearts and minds of her customers and peers. She exemplifies what it means to overcome adversity and not allow anything to hold her back: In 2012, Campanaro was paralyzed from the waist down due to a rare medical condition, but against all odds, regained feeling in late 2015 and began walking again in 2016. She takes the lessons learned from her disability into her work by keeping an upbeat spirit and enjoying every moment and not taking anything for granted.

Dawn Fry

Fry is the U.S. head of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for SThree and a self-described culture-hacker with a focus on inclusion and fairness in the workplace. She is a certified D&I Specialist through AIHR and received her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Governors State University. Fry successfully launched seven employee resource groups supporting the DEI global strategy within a year’s time while transitioning full time from HR to DEI. She has more than 15 years of experience in the human resources and internal recruitment functions, as well as seven years of work in diversity management, working in a broad range of businesses such as higher education (supporting student groups such as Women Empowered; Black, Asian, and Hispanic student unions; and LBGTQIA, veterans, disability, and sustainability groups), advertising, bike share start-up, and the staffing industry. Fry has been awarded the Operating Principal Champion MVP of the Year, Rising Star, and Student Advisor of the Year. When not busy championing employees, you will find her creating art, single-parenting two older teens and a pandemic puppy, as well as volunteering weekly at Meals on Wheels.

Only five years into her career, Giffin is becoming a changemaker within the staffing industry through her steadfast commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is both the leader of Medix's Women's Impact group and a senior business development manager focused within the clinical research space. In these roles she seeks to create a space that welcomes transparency and vulnerability and allows for everyone to grow together. As a top producer at Medix, Giffin has had the opportunity to impact 500 lives by connecting top job seekers with the right employers, as well as impact teammates through mentorship, championing DEI, and being an advocate for mental health.

Madison Kaldenberg

Kaldenberg has been working in the staffing industry since 2016, specifically in engineering and technology. She started out as a recruiter and worked her way up to team lead, delivery manager, and now delivery director at Modis/Akkodis. Over the course of her six years at Akkodis, she has qualified for the top performers trip as a recruiter, team lead, and manager. As a director she is responsible for driving results and strategizing innovative ways to exceed clients’ needs by collaborating with internal resources and the client. Kaldenberg also assists in running the new hire training for all recruiters by coordinating orientations, trainings, and continued learning throughout a recruiter’s tenure. She resides in Vermont with her husband and two dogs and in her free time enjoys cycling, hiking, and spending time outside.

Pierce is the senior director of finance and accounting at BelFlex Staffing Network. She has worked in accounting for more than 10 years and was appointed to her current position in June of 2022. Pierce leads all strategic financial initiatives, focusing on establishing internal controls and policies, budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, community outreach, financial planning and analysis, and more. She also identifies accounting and financial technology solutions that build connections between front-office business operations and back-office functions. Pierce values looking at the big picture, both within BelFlex and the external business community, so she can help build the company for a sustainable future.

A five-year staffing veteran, Randall currently serves as the national director of service and implementation for Staffmark Group. She specializes in on-site programs for high-volume light industrial and call center clients, and she has also served as a backend product administrator for recruiting technology. A project management professional and certified scrum master, Randall is passionate about introducing agile principles into staffing processes and creating efficient recruiting and operational practices. Her dedication to the staffing industry extends into her free time, as she has formed an organization called Project: 1nclusion (1nclusion.org)—a program that provides free mentorship, training, and job placement assistance to underrepresented professionals looking to enter the staffing and recruiting industry.

Vang started in the recruiting industry in 2016 and joined QPS Employment Group in 2021, where she currently serves as a corporate recruiter. She is responsible for recruitment of internal staff from branch level positions to executive positions, streamlining and implementing new ideas in the recruitment process, and being active in the community. Vang is passionate about providing the best candidate experience during the recruiting and hiring process. She collaborates with schools, nonprofit organizations, and local communities to build strong relationships in her work. Throughout her six years of recruiting, Vang has been promoted to branch manager and talent director roles. She is a member of the career and professional development committee with the Fox Cities Chamber, and also serves as a mentor in the ASA Mentor Match program.

With more than five years of experience in the technology, government, financial, and workforce solutions industries, Williams was recently promoted to vice president of recruiting for Kavaliro, and is responsible for overseeing the recruiting and sales operations for the company. She has recruited for global clients including Walt Disney World, Darden Restaurants, Universal Studios, and the U.S. Department of Defense. Williams has been recognized as an employment expert on Fox 35 News, has been awarded Staffing Industry Analyst’s Top 40 Under 40, and has produced over $8 million for Kavaliro and achieved Ring of Fire (the company’s annual incentive trip) five times. Williams was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, and relocated to Orlando, FL, in 2008 for work. She received her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Central Florida.

A six-year veteran of Celarity who’s received multiple promotions during her tenure, Katie Larson has helped more than 250 candidates in the marketing industry land positions at more than 60 organizations throughout the country. She also serves as a Celarity brand ambassador who has spoken at events throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul region. Larson received her bachelor of science degree from the University of Minnesota.

Donita Ross

Health Carousel

Donita Ross brings nearly three decades of acute hospital experience to her role as the director of nursing and quality improvement for Health Carousel. A Cincinnati native, she has developed and led several multistate educational conferences and specialty certification review courses and has spoken at regional, national, and international conferences. Ross received her bachelor of science degree in nursing and master’s degree in nursing administration from the Mount St. Joseph’s University.

Tiffany Willis joined High Profile Staffing in 2017 and serves as a recruiter in the finance and accounting division. She is also a member of the board of directors for the Women’s Finance Exchange of Dallas. In addition to receiving her bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Central Arkansas and master of business administration degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce, Willis received her Certified Staffing Professional® certification from the American Staffing Association.

Brenna Barnett

Brenna Barnett

Director of Marketing, Carlton Staffing

Brenna Barnett joined Carlton Staffing in 2015 and serves as the director of marketing. Her responsibilities include the company’s social media, public relations, branding, company engagements, and digital recruitment strategies. With the adoption of Barnett’s strategic recruiting plan, the company has seen a 472% increase in Facebook followers. At the same time, she has been able to reduce recruitment spending by 49% while still accomplishing the marketing and recruiting objectives. In addition to spearheading Carlton’s community partnership activities, her involvement with employee engagement events has earned her the unofficial title of “chief fun officer.”

Carlton has been acknowledged as a winner of the Houston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work and Houston’s Best & Brightest Companies. The company has been on ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing list in each of the past eight years. Barnett is currently leading the yearlong celebration of Carlton’s 40th anniversary.


Madelyn Varner

Madelyn Varner started with Randstad Staffing in 2016 and serves as the area director of East Carolina. Her responsibilities include overseeing performance activities including, training, mentoring and motivating, business development, candidate recruiting, conflict resolution, customer service and retention, intraoperating company synergies, and profit and loss account responsibilities. In addition, she is responsible for managing and developing a team of 23 employees as well as leading by example, particularly in the areas of production and business development.

Randstad is currently ranked as a top staffing agency in the U.S., and Varner’s branches have been honored as “Best Rated” for staffing agencies in their locations.
