    Key terms and conditions:
    • Company must be a member of ASA or NYSA to access course. Cancelation of or failure to renew membership will automatically nullify access to course. No exceptions. No refunds.
    • Allow two to four business days to process order and generate customized web page. Company’s contact person will be notified to review and approve web page content.
    • This course does not include a learning management system (LMS) or any means for tracking employee participation. The certificate of completion emailed to the employee and notification sent to the company include only employee name and email address (for identification), and date and time of completion. This information will not be saved, and no other details will be saved or transmitted. Keep notice of completion email for company records.
