The Affordable Care Act and its employer provisions can be complicated and difficult to explain concisely. Therefore, ASA has created a sample letter to clients that companies can use as a printed direct-mail piece. Firms can incorporate their own brand and include the ASA Statement of Principles. Or, use any part of the letter’s language for other platforms, including emails, websites, sales presentations, and social media.
