Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office by Jan. 3, 2025. After Jan. 3, 2025, no refunds will be awarded.
- Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellation.
- All cancellations will be assessed a 20% administrative charge.
- Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows.
- Reply to this email to cancel or transfer your registration no later than Jan. 3, 2025.
