To maintain ASA credentials, certified individuals are required to participate in 30 hours of approved CE every three years—six of which must pertain to employment law. This program may qualify to be approved by state bars for continuing legal education (CLE).
ASA will apply for CLE accreditation credit in the following states: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. This program may qualify to be approved by other state bars for CLE. Attorneys interested in seeking CLE for states other than those listed above should contact their state bars for consideration. Upon request, ASA will provide documentation that may be required to validate participation in the conference. Read more about earning continuing education.
