Highlights

According to new research by ASA corporate partner ClearlyRated, women in the staffing industry earn 77 cents for every dollar earned by their male counterparts—in some roles, it’s even less. The same research found that just 6.6% of director-level or above positions are held by black or Hispanic individuals. Additionally, employees who identify as female, black, or Hispanic are nearly three times as likely to be detractors of their firms when compared with their white male colleagues.

In this webinar, ClearlyRated’s Eric Gregg will follow up on a discussion held during the December 2020 ASA webinar “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Staffing Industry: Insights From Industry Leaders and Data From the Field.” He will speak with three staffing industry experts in diversity, equity, and inclusion (commonly referred to as DEI)—Leslie Vickrey of ClearEdge Marketing, Robin Mee of Mee Derby, and ASA board member DeLibra Wesley of National Recruiting Consultants—about their experiences in the industry.

During this webinar, attendees will learn

  • What is the current state of DEI in staffing
  • How to overcome key barriers to a more equitable workplace
  • Easy, pragmatic steps staffing firms can take immediately to improve DEI
