Who Should Attend

Staffing agency owners, chief executive officers, and presidents; data professionals; sales and business development professionals; lawyers; human resources professionals; and other industry professionals doing business in California

Highlights

On Jan. 19, the California Civil Rights Department published answers to frequently asked questions on SB 1162, a law enacted last year requiring staffing agencies to report temporary employees’ annual “pay data”to the state—by race, ethnicity, and sex—and also requiring staffing agency clients to submit separate reports covering employees provided by staffing agencies.

In this webinar, Adam Romero, deputy director of executive programs at the California Civil Rights Department, will cover the law’s requirements and the newly issued FAQs, and will answer questions about how staffing companies and clients should comply.

During this webinar, attendees will learn

  • What the new FAQs say
  • What the law’s requirements and FAQs mean for staffing agencies and their clients
  • How best to comply with the law’s requirements
