Organizational Readiness: Planting the Seeds of Growth in Uncertain Economic Times

Overview

Who Should Attend

Staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry owners, principals, chief executive officers, and presidents; team managers and leaders; industry professionals.

Highlights

Staffing agencies are monitoring the current state of the economy and what it could mean for the staffing industry. Some may be tempted to make deep cuts and hole up until the dust settles, but this approach prevents them from investing in future growth. How might operational drift be affecting your business? How can your existing technologies be used in cost-saving initiatives? How will you retain staff while creating efficiencies with non-revenue-generating positions?

In this webinar, three staffing professionals with 70 years of combined expertise in staffing software, recruitment, and sales share how they’ve seen staffing agencies prepare to thrive during tough economic times—by using consistent, repeatable, and efficient processes, along with strong leadership. The result has been more market share and stronger relationships with clients and candidates. Learn how you can prepare for tough times ahead while still sowing the seeds of growth so that when the economy turns around, you’ll be positioned to hit the ground running.

During this webinar, attendees will learn

  • How to analyze and optimize organizational processes for a potential recession
  • Ways to identify and leverage existing tools in cost-effective ways to maintain the business during a recession
  • How to strategically manage staff in order to hit the ground running after a potential recession
