In this webinar, Thomas Kosnik of Visus Group will focus on two critical elements to scaling a direct hire business—the financial model and the compensation model. The financial model analyzes how much money is allocated to internal personnel, how much money is allocated to general and administrative expenses, and what a realistic net income goal range is—as well as investment allocations in the tech stack, marketing, and job boards. The compensation model considers whether a company has recruiters who are 100% focused on direct hire or recruiters who work on both direct hire and contract hiring. Kosnik also will look at split desks, where the firm has a sales executive dedicated to business development, and show an industry standard “validation model.”
