ASA Staffing Law Conference: Strategic Opportunity to Earn CE and CLE

By attending the pre-conference Special Session on Health Care Staffing and Staffing Law Conference, you can earn up to 9.5 continuing education hours. To maintain ASA credentials, certified individuals are required to participate in 30 hours of approved CE every three years.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

ASA is seeking pre-approval for CLE in the following states: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.

This program may qualify to be approved by other state bars for CLE. Attorneys interested in seeking CLE for states other than those listed above should contact their state bars for consideration. Upon request, ASA will provide documentation, including a verified letter of attendance, that will be required to validate participation in the conference.

Participation in this year’s ASA Staffing Law Conference and the Special Session on Health Care Staffing qualifies for up to 9.5 general continuing education hours toward maintaining your ASA credential.
